If you wish to refund your Spotify Playlist Promotion campaign, here is the process to expect.
Once a refund request is submitted to our support team, we add you to our refund queue immediately. We want you to receive your funds as quickly as possible but there are a few things you should know:
- Due to the volume of artists who work with us, please allow 3-5 days for support to confirm your refund request and for a refund confirmation to be emailed to you after you've submitted your campaign cancellation request.
- Once a refund is initiated in our system, it typically takes 5-15 business days for the funds to settle. This range accounts for the different speeds of different banks and financial institutions.
- If you attempt to initiate a refund directly through your Credit Card Portal, PayPal Portal, or by initiating a Dispute, we lose the ability to provide you a refund, and your funds could be frozen for up to 60 days. There could be additional fees subtracted from your refund.
- If you've waited for 15 business days and still have not yet received your funds back, please don't hesitate to contact our customer support team at support@indiemusicacademy.com.
Once again, do not attempt to "reverse your transaction" through your credit card. It literally takes away our ability to hit the refund button and your funds could be lost if your dispute fails. It is for this reason that we ask you to request your refund directly by reaching out to our support team so that you can receive your refund as quickly as possible.
