Short answer: Timelines vary, but we generally try to get you a placement within 15 business days.

Compared to other (questionable) playlisting services, we don't provide instant placements. Real influencer marketing takes quite a bit of time, but we insist on doing things correctly to ensure you get the best possible placements. Here's an overview of how things work.

Our Playlist Pitching process is manual and executed by our small Nashville and Los Angeles team. We do not use automation or take shortcuts. Real humans handle all the listening, planning, and pitching for our clients, so as you can imagine, the process is not instantaneous.

Once we find a playlist owner (influencer), they determine the best fit from their selection of playlists in order to stay within the Spotify Terms of Service.

Overall, this entire process typically takes 15 business days (that’s Monday to Friday, totaling three weeks). Sometimes, when we have a high volume of placements, it may take longer. Don’t be alarmed. We are going to find your song a home.

Here is a general 60-day campaign timeline that we try to stick to the best we can.

Day 1 - 3:

Our team will listen to your song to determine the best marketing direction.

Day 3 - 10:

We perform the first round of pitching to the top 1% of playlists on Spotify!

Day 11 - 15:

We'll reach out to you with an update on your campaign and let you know how things are going.

Day 15 - 30:

If successfully placed, you will start to see the streams roll in!

Day 30 - 60:
If the first round of influencers does not accept your song, we will continue pitching for up to an additional month at no added cost to you. If, for any reason, we can't secure an influencer for your song, we will issue a full refund.
