We initiate refunds immediately as they are requested. We want you to receive your funds as quickly as possible but there are a few things you should know:
- Once the refund is initiated, it usually takes 5-15 business days for funds to settle. This range accounts for the different speeds of different banks and financial institutions.
- If you attempt to initiate a refund directly through your Credit Card Portal, PayPal Portal, or by initiating a Dispute, we lose the ability to provide you a refund, and your funds could be frozen for up to 60 days. There could be additional fees subtracted from your refund.
- If you've waited for 15 business days and still have not yet received your funds back, please don't hesitate to contact our customer support team at email@example.com.
It is for this reason that we ask you to request your refund directly by reaching out to our support team so that you can receive your refund as quickly as possible.
