How long does it take for a refund to process?

We initiate refunds immediately as they are requested. We want you to receive your funds as quickly as possible but there are a few things you should know:

1. Once the refund is initiated, it usually takes 5-15 business days for funds to settle. This range accounts for the different speeds of different banks and financial institutions.
2. If you attempt to initiate a refund directly through your Credit Card Portal, PayPal Portal, or by initiating a Dispute, we lose the ability to provide you a refund, and your funds could be frozen for up to 60 days. There could be additional fees subtracted from your refund. 
3. If you've waited for 15 business days and still have not yet received your funds back, please don't hesitate to contact our customer support team at support@indiemusicacademy.com. 

It is for this reason that we ask you to request your refund directly by reaching out to our support team so that you can receive your refund as quickly as possible.
